A Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) is a plan your doctor writes to support you in accessing treatment for a mental health condition. A MHCP allows access of up to 10 rebated sessions with a mental health professional per calendar year. The Medicare rebate is currently $96.65.

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate on psychology sessions, depending on your level of cover. It’s best to check directly with your provider to confirm what’s included in your policy. Please note that you cannot claim both a Medicare rebate and a private health insurance rebate for the same appointment.

I provide provide services to individuals who self-manage their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding. Self-managed clients pay privately for sessions and can then claim reimbursement directly from the NDIS.

Appointments requires 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

All cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur the full appointment fee.
