About Jessica Rabinowicz

Hi! I’m Jessica (Jess) Rabinowicz a psychologist based in Melbourne. I’m passionate about supporting children, young people, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, deepen their self-understanding, and strengthen their mental health.

Connection and creativity are at the heart of my approach. I listen with genuine curiosity and care, working collaboratively with each client to uncover their strengths, explore areas for growth, and support their journey of self-discovery. I actively practice what I teach, remaining committed to my own personal growth and self-awareness. No matter the intervention, I always ensure the client is at the centre of the therapeutic process, tailoring each session to meet their individual needs.

When working with children and adolescents, I understand that talking alone can sometimes feel overwhelming. I strive to make sessions as creative, playful, and engaging as possible.

I have experience working with children, young people, adults, and families across both the UK and Melbourne. My background includes a wide range of settings, including an inpatient eating disorder unit, schools, private practice, and a correctional facility. Currently, I work across both school/education settings and private practice.
